RMA Guidance
Before returning RMA parts

1. Contact the account manager for return guidance. (RMA Address, Packing, and so on )

2. Check the stamps on parts before shipment and do not ship the parts overdue warranty or parts from other suppliers.

3. Offer us an RMA List including the product name, qty, and description of failure parts.

4. We will check the issues accordingly, and confirm if you need to send them back or we will exchange them directly.

5. Kindly check the return shipping methods with your account manager before return and update the tracking number soon after shipment, so we can follow up on the parcel delivery time, and handle the RMA SOON after arrival.
 
6. There are a few points we should follow carefully to ensure a smooth RMA process.

1) The package is rejected if the delivery address is invalid or no recipient is available.
If any of the above happens, the package will be returned to the shipper.
Please confirm the shipping address with an account manager and the Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees in case of an incorrect shipping address.

2) Wrong parts received.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact your account manager as soon as
possible. We will verify the error and fix it soon.

3) Received Damaged Parts.
If you have received a damaged package and the products inside are physically
damaged or non-functioning. Please contact us immediately. You will need to
provide the information listed soon after delivery. So we can check it carrier on time.

4) Parts are missing.
Upon receiving the parcel, if it seems to be unpacked during transportation, please
kindly have the package weigh, and check all parts inside. If anything missing, please

All our parcels will come with labels that include the weight and size of the parcels. You can check the weight of them after arrival.
And offer us details for missing parts.

Parts will be rejected:

Parts from other suppliers without CTR Stamp
Parts overdue warranty will be rejected
Parts were physically damaged by improper handling while installation or improper packing.

We Ship parts from HK China to customers directly or transshipment for our EU Partners. For customers who want to get parts directly from the EU, we can take care of the custom with the Delivery Duty Paid Service cost charged.

Normally, we manage shipment for orders within 2-4 working days after order confirmation. For orders with larger quantities, we will confirm the lead time with customers and make a production plan accordingly.

Customs Clearance & Import Duty

Price quoted excluding any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. However, for international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
 
Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country’s import policy to understand your liability.
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyer’s) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer’s government or the courier company when the goods are delivered.
 
CTR Supply Solutions shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
 
Please note for customers in Brazil: due to the requirements of your country’s import policy, goods must have a tax number before customs clearance, please be sure to provide a valid tax number. The tax number is required for delivery and the customer’s customs clearance. To avoid unnecessary import disputes, please pay attention to this reminder.CTR Supply Solutions shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Some items will be checked cosmetic and functionally first by our procurement team and batch testing by the QC Team. If batch testing with over 3% failure rate, we will have full testing or over 5% failure rate, parts will be returned to the factory.
