Cancel Your Order Before Payment
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven’t paid, don’t worry, we’re not processing your order.

CTR Supply Solutions team will try to provide rapid delivery to our customers. As such, it is not possible for us to stop delivery once we receive orders. Customers are responsible for placing accurate orders.

To add Items to your order without canceling any previous items, please don’t hesitate to contact us soon. There is no charge for this service.
Note: If the goods have already been delivered ,we cannot cancel or change the order.

We would like to mention that because of the intellectual property regulations of the Hong Kong customs there might incur significant fees for individual customers buying parts in small quantities for private use.
